A true, legitimate class action lawsuit against the Provincial Government would be the millions of Albertan’s whose private data was stolen and for which there will be long term risk and harm has already be caused to domestic violence victims in this province requiring them to relocate, etc.

Evidence requires facts that these whiners don't have, and can't find because the "societal harms@ they claim are a fabrication supported by very few if any cases; However, once again we waste public resources on private delusions!

grifting has become an industry with online fundraisers and pleas to supporter to give give give. The lawyers for this lawsuit: how much, from whom? the plaintiffs, how much being received from donations. i just hope that CRA does not make ths tax deductible or allow shell charities to fund this. it is plainly using media and legitimate concerns to fund their grifitng lifestyles.

It’s a total industry. Imagine leaving that type of legacy one day for family and friends.

I hope the Court of Kings Bench considers this lawsuit carefully so as not to infringe upon Ms. Lich’s First Amendment rights. OMFG.

For sure, yet here we are nothing but crickets on so much that the Government has been involved with.
